Before founding Avec, Russ brought seven years of invaluable experience as the President of Garrow Equity LLC from 2008 to 2015.

    Russ pursued his Bachelor of Business Administration at Carroll College, further enhancing his understanding of business dynamics and strategy. Russ's journey as a leader began in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a Captain. His eight years of service in the Marine Corps laid the foundation for his disciplined approach and shaped his leadership style in profound ways.
